ZOLL Acquires Golden Hour Data Systems

ZOLL Medical Corporation, an Asahi Kasei Group Company that manufactures medical devices and related software solutions, has acquired Golden Hour Data Systems Inc. of San Diego, Calif., a privately held company that delivers solutions for patient charting and revenue cycle management (RCM) to the EMS market.

With this acquisition, EMS agencies of all sizes will be able to optimize their operations with the complete suite of business solutions from dispatch, and clinical care, through billing and collections. The shared efforts to enable a deeper integration between EMS agencies and hospital systems will be strengthened considerably by these organizations coming together.
